I am off to start another fitness challenge today. This on is only 8 weeks long but the trainer promises to whip us into shape. Its a bootcamp fitness challenge, I know that I am going to die!!
My goal is to lose 60 pounds this year, be able to run a 5k all of the way in a good time, complete a half marathon, wear a pair of skinny jeans in my closet, be able to do pushups ( really, i have never been able to do them, not even one!!!) and just improve my overall health. I want to grow old with my family!
Off to get before pictures and all of my measurements. Wish me luck!!

good luck! i need to lose a lot of weight to and i've been riding my bike but not as often as i should.

Bootcamp kicks my butt. Good Luck, you will do just great and I wish you luck on all your goals. I will be very envious if you are able to do push-ups. I myself have no upper body strength, that is one thing I have always wanted to do. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
